Guys put down a Canandian blonde on the 8.9.08
Coopers CB kit
Coopers BE#2
Saaz Hops 15g 20mins
10g 2mins of heat
Saflager Yeast pitch at 22c
racked on the 21st and bottled after secondary on 27th using carb drops.
No problems that I can think of during or after brewing. Did everything as I normally do.
Open first stubby on the 16.10.08 (19 days after bottling) No carbination, but great taste to beer.
opened another stubby yeaterday still no carbination. thought I might have just picked two freak duds so just open another but no carb.
The beer taste great just no gas. Starting to doubt myself and think I didn't put any carb drops in but know I did.
Can anyone think of any other reason so this lack of gas.( the subbies are stored to carb in shed cupboard at around 15 -20c)
:? :? :? :?
cheers

Try moving them somewhere a bit warmer for a bit, and rotate the bottles (end-over-end) once or twice a day. That almost always does the trick.
