List of Bottle Conditioned Yeasts

I know that somewhere on this great interweb exists a page that has a big list of beers that are bottle conditioned and if they are the same strain used to ferment them. I just can not bloody find it!
In particular I would like to know if La Chouffe yeast can be used.
