ebc of malt extracts

Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone has the finer ebc details of,

Coopers Light liquid malt extract
coopers amber liquid malt extract
coopers dark liquid malt extract and
lager lquid malt extract

also what would be the ebc of light dry spray malt?

Thanks for that, I had checked that out.. :)

I am wondering though about the ebc of the Amber though, I understand the ebc/1.97 = srm? Correct.

When this is put into beersmith and it is used in a recipe, the beer colour comes out like black and with only a small amount of amber.

It really isnt a whole lot darker than the light

The figures quoted on the cooper site are for 23L.

To use the figure for 1.7kg kits you divide by 23 (for wort volume) and multiply by 1.25 (volume of 1.7kg kit)

To convert for tin of extract you need to divide by 23 and multiply by volume of tin.
