Wyeast for a Hefe

I plan to put another Hefeweizen down and trying decide what yeast to use.

Ive used the 3068 before but im thinking of using 3638 this time. Has anyone got any pros / cons for both strains?

Hi Rob,

3068 is the proper strain for this style IIRC. I've used it several times and been happy with the results every time.
