Lager & Hops

So what hops would you recommend to use when making a Lager?

I am going to do a Coopers Bavarian lager soon and want to add some hops - more for aroma and flavour, rather than for bitterness

Also - does adding honey to a larger work, or does honey only go well with ales?

I'd be adding Saaz, Hallertauer or Hersbrucker to a Bavarian Lager, as those hops all originate from in or around the region of Bavaria.

By all means use honey. Do a search and you'll find heaps of threads about the use of honey.
