I haven't been able to find an email address to contact them (Canterbury Brewer). Googled and even tried yellowpages.co.nz, no luck

Here you go:
http://www.blackrock.co.nz/contact.htm
Strange that the site doesn't show up on a Google search. I got the address off the side of a can of concentrate of Black Rock India Pale Ale that I'll be putting on today or tomorrow.
Cheers,
Oliver

And BTW, in case anyone is wondering...
We can also advise that Black Rock Whispering Wheat beer kit contains both malted wheat and barley.

Well
There is a relief. Imagine, a wheat beer with malted wheat and barley what a novel idea. Maybe they should include the hops to
Standard of Identity folks, standard of identity.
