Had a sensational ale last night – Fitzroy Amber Ale.
The pale ale they produce is decent, but not the same league as Coopers. Their amber ale on the other hand is brilliant! Very smooth with a great after taste that me mate described as “peachishâ€. I don’t know if that was it


Can anyone suggest a way to give such an after taste to an amber ale, or more generally has anyone got a great recipe for an amber ale?
