My brewing is on Sabattical at present, until my son comes up in about 2 weeks time. Will show him how to do an AG (he's only done 2 K&K to date), and the plan is for a hefeweizen. I'll ferment and bottle it, and we'll share it half each. Won't be ready for Christmas though, but I've got a stock of about 150 litres of various brews in my beer cellar. I reckon that'll get me through Christmas. The hefeweizen will get a workout for my birthday in January, the big SIX ZERO.

Interesting Idea with the raisins.
I am led to believe that some of the yeast in
ye old schoole ginger beer comes off the raisins. ?
Here we're running late with a xmas brew as well.
was hoping to try one of those 9% Belgians but....
sounds nice anyways mate.
