Hi All,

Sorry that my first post is asking for something, but it is for a good cause.

We are raffling off a Keg System to raise money for the "Tallowood Special School" at Kellyville. I DO have a personal interest in this school as my nephew (picture below) is a student.

About The School
Tallowood School is a new and growing school community. All students enrolled at Tallowood School have a moderate/severe intellectual disability, often with an associated emotional, physical, sensory or behavioural disability and/or syndrome e.g. Autism

You can buy ticket on line at http://www.countrybrewer.com.au/category78_1.htm

If you already have a keg system, buy a ticket anyway ... I'm sure you will find it a good home ... and it is for a good cause.

The raffle will be drawn on the 30th November, 2007 and the prize will be posted to anywhere in Australia free

I'm in too. Great cause, and the online stuff makes it so much easier to order.

no idea where I'll put them though. I'll worry about that later:

Blandy: "Dad, can I put a keg in the fridge?"
Dad: "um, how much room will it take up?"
Blandy: "a bit over 19L"
dad: "what's in it?"
Blandy: "homebrew"
Dad: "can I use it?"
Blandy: "sure"
Dad: "OK, but no brown ales"

on second thoughts, I don't think I'll have a problem :D

um, yep. I'm still at uni and mum and dad are happy for me to hang around. :D

it's pretty good how much brewing they put up with (including the odd all-grain which books out the kitchen for a good 5 hours), especially mum, who doesn't drink beer (although she does like my homebrew wine)

You could always make your own wine Keg, theres not much more to it than beer!!

yeah i know, but my fermenters are flat out making beer, and wine takes more time :P

my to-do list is so unbelieveably long...
