Dryhopping with Saaz in Coopers Draught

Post by shamus2 »

I've got a batch of Coopers draught going and was thinking of dryhopping with saaz. Would saaz match this brew or should I reconsider?

I love a bit of saaz in a draught!
Prost and happy brewing!

It beats a draught up your pants...

You can put any hop with any kit. How accurately you go for 'style' is up to you. As far as the 'draught' kit goes, there is no real style as far as I can see, just a lightish generic ale. Saaz would work, as would many brittish hops.

Have some fun, chuck the saaz in :D

Just added the same hop to a coopers pilsner. After 5 weeks it cameout not bad at all. Good after work beer. Shame the last bottle went down tonight.
