Interesting. Very interesting. I assume they're talking about a shortage of hops. Funny, because I tried to place a bit of an order with my local and was told they were in short supply.

No, but then, I have no mortgage, and no debts at all. And higher interest rates give me more return out of my personal superannuation fund.

i'm not really fussed about interest rates. i really don't see myself buying a house within the next 5 years at least. or should i say - taking out a massive loan to buy a house.

i have a car loan, but that's well under control.. that'll be gone in 2 or 3 years tops.

Could be worse- anyone remember interest rates of 17%?

From memory that was very interesting...
