Scored Michael Jackson's "BEER" a few years back. Loaned the book to a gent at Toowoomba's famed Spotted Cow Cellars 2 or 3 years ago. Took me a year to get it back! Probably scored me a discount or two along the way though.

Great book, even if a little dated now. Published in 1998.

RIP Michael Jackson.

I have three of his books and read them often. One I've had for about three years and it's so detail-laden I'm still reading new stuff each time I open it. But the detail is presented with such skill that it never feels heavy.

He was one of those rare talents who really knew his topic, but who was highly gifted with words.

The latest Beers of the World mag has done a spread on him.
