Orange peel,coriander and Tooheys Lager boiled for 15 mins.

Did another exactly the same as above but with Cascade Imperial Voyage Pale Ale instead of Canadian Blonde

Nice - except I cant work out why you would throw the Tooheys in there? I would add normal malt...a) Because I dont really like POR hops and b) I dont think POR hops would go that well - I dont know what the Canadian Blonde has as far as hopping, but I would just add malt, or, I would actually add Wheat Malt to keep it night and essentially in the style of a Hoegarden style beer..
