Ok, for anyone who actually reads this folder...

My new thing is Irish red hamburgers.

1 patty-sized handful of meat
slosh of IR
2 good dashes of tobasco
3 dashes Worstershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dill
2 teaspoons paprika
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Then prepare burger as usual.

Eat whilst drinking rest of IR.

The (above) recipe makes 1 patty. Increase ingredients as necessary.

I like the sound of it... but only the rest of the bottle to drink.
Just doesn't sound quite enough.

Nah, serious. Have been trying quite a few new recipes of late.
None including beer yet!! But they have all been fantastic.
A good book and a little bit of a challenge can make a great meal.

Enjoy.

Ah.

Cooking with beer is on par with cooking with wine.

I don't think I've ever put so many *with's* into one sentence before...
