Why isn't there a specific racking fermenter?

Prolly a silly question bu why hasn't someone invesnted a specific racking fermenter? You could have a fermebter with town holes in the bottom, one for the tap and the other with a tube going from the top to the hole in the bottom.

You would connect your primary fermenter to the tube (which would also have a tap like system on it) and then turn on the tap, then hey presto, your beer is being transferred without you having to fart arse around with tubing on your own.

There is actually, it's called a conical fermenter and has a tap at the bottom (underneath) where the trub can be removed without moving the beer.
