Are you after the stuff in cans which is draught, or the stout?

When in doubt, try

That Mill Run Stout looks like a nice AG recipe Greg. Might have to give it a go.

This one works for me Leigh.
Allgrain- 38lt./ ABV- 4.6%./ IBU's 34/ OG 1056 - FG 1022
7000g local pils.
750g roast barley
500g flaked barley
500g crystal
500g choc malt
500g lactose
50min mash @ 66C
90min boil.
HOPS.60g POR - 60min/ 100g Goldings - 15min.
I also add 6ml licorice extract & 500ml strong espresso at flame out.
Wyeast Irish Ale (1084) @ 22c
You could do without the lactose if you dont want a milk stout.
Cheers Glenn.

Havn't done the Mill Run Stout, but it is planned for early Autum. Will depend on time and inventory if I do it as AG or Extract/Spec.
Cheers,
Greg
