I tried the IPA and the Pilsner during the week, and must admit I didn't rate either of them too highly.

Maybe I was just having a bad night, as I didn't think much of the Hop Thief, either.

Was forced to have this at the comedy festival the other night - in the sense that they have some sort of a deal so that only Gage Road and guiness was on tap at the venue i visited - overall it wasn't bad but i'm not sure how much i would pay for one if it were up against other beers in a normal pub

Gage Roads IPA is a fair drop, and I get it cheaper than James Squire IPA at my local 1st Choice. Their Pils is a good mid-strength, and the Pure Malt Lager is great! Would like to try them on tap though. This brewery is a winner in my book. I just hope they don't go out of business. According to their latest financial report, they seem to have a plan in place to become profitable in 2 years, but their share price is down to 9 cents so hopefully they get it going. I notice they say they changed the lager taste profile last year.

I'm looking forward to trying this soon. IPAs are great. Mountain Goats Double should be ready soon too.
