I would like to share with you my time saving devise I “engineered” last night after taking delivery of 120 very dirty stubbies for use tonight….
All you need is:
The standard bottle brush
An electric (or battery) drill
One pair of pliers
One Stanley knife
One bandaid.
Using the pliers cut off the hoop from the end of the plastic handle of the bottle brush.
Using the Stanley knife shape the new end into d square. Using the bandaid repair the damage to ones hand coursed by said Stanley knife. Insert newly designed bottle brush into power drill.
Cut my bottle scrubbing time down by at least ½.
Cheers,
Brad.

I did this last week! It is great and gets the buggers as clean as the day they were b... er, cast. But, you'll find that if you use a high speed drill (mains power) that you break the shaft of the bottle brush fairly often. So, I'd advise using a cordless drill for this job. Good to keep the 240V away from wet areas too ;)

Still have to go and buy another bottle brush.....

Cheers,

Adam L

Good idea.

I've never actually needed to use my bottle brush though. I've never scrubbed a bottle in my life.
