We all brew for one reason - because we love beer! Whats your favourite beer - whether its to brew or to enjoy!?
NOTE: of course there are so many specific types of beer - these are just very general options!!

Pale Ales my fave.
Tough call though, had to actually think
A homebrew is like a fart, only the brewer thinks it's great.

Beau, currently brewing a Blackrock Pilsener with a Brewcraft Czech Pilsener conversion kit and saflager S-23 yeast. Hopefully it'll be a bonza drop!

I'll get right on that, Black Rock are my favourite kits. Export pilsner or pilsner blonde? I've heard good things about both and can't decide.

I would think it is an export pilsner. It's the beer kit converter no. 62.

Beau, the next Pilsner I might do is the Morgans Golden Saaz with the kit converter. I'm also going to try the Perkins Larger + Black Rock Amber Malt extract.

Try the #62 with a muntons premium pilsner, i did one of these a little while back and it was fantastic, also add 500gm dry wheat malt, comes out as close to stella as ive ever tried

Where is the 'All of the Above' option? Or the 'Whats cold?' option. This is a very hard question.
My last two batches: 78 Col Coffin Barleywine, 79 Amarillo Wheat.
In the fermenter: 80 Lady Liberty Pale Ale
Planned: A steam, a stout and still to decide.
Sorry, just can't limit my self.
Cheers,
Greg

Coming into summer it has to be either pilsner, PA, IPA or dark lagers.

I reckon the tooheys draught is the best brew for money you can get.It always has good head and tastes great.I use liquid malt to brew this stuff, not sugar though.
