I have just brewed a Cascade Spicy ghost, when I went to bottle it, It had a bit of a sulphur smell to it. Any suggestions?

did you taste any of it when you were bottling?

bottle it anyway. If it tastes cruddy in a few months time then yes you have ruined it. Until then, relax and have a beer.

I accidently dunked my (unwashed) hand in my last brew when adding the yeast and it came out fine.

Just bottle it. If it doesn't taste right in a few months, wait a few more.

In my oppinion this is the best answer to any question along the lines of "is my recently-bottled brew going to turn out ok?"

By throwing it out immedieately, you'll deny your beer the opportunity to make itself better without any extra work from you. If it really IS a bad beer and you have to throw it out, does it really matter if it is now or in six months time?
