No, don't ditch it.

When you pour it, just convince youself that there are undissolved rice grains in your American style PA, not maggots.

Neck it and see...

I make all my beer in my 'Man-Shed' which is a horse stables where my dogs live. Between spiders, flies and ants, I've no problems. Good proteins though, for the bugs that don't get seen. Do you get many 'blowies' in the UK munkee?

The Baron had a similar problem a little while ago: http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/forum/vi ... .php?t=196

He said it caused no problems in http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/forum/vi ... .php?t=818

So you should be ok.

Cheers,
Greg

The amount of mozzies in my garage (where I brew) I'm been worried about something like this happening. The other day I was bottling and a mouse ran across my lap!

Good to know there's still a chance if one of these little bastards gets in the wort.
