I was looking in Big-W today and they had a display of Coopers Draught that said it was on special for under $10. I then wandered over to the homebrew section and all of the normal Coopers extracts (that usually sell for around $13 in my experience) were labeled at $9-something as a regular price. The premium Coopers kits were also a few $ cheaper than where I've seen them elsewhere. I didn't buy any, I've got plenty of brews ready to go. Just thought I'd let you fellas know. Hope this is useful to someone.
Hmm, my local Big W normally sells the basic coopers for ~$9, on special they get down to $8.80 or so. The Pale/Bavarian/Blonde/Cerveza are normally about $11-13 if memory serves.
just picked up 3 pale ales from safeway (lygon street) for $9.85, a bargen in my books, I think all the basics were allso at this price, so i assume they have put the price in there computer wrong!, they usally dont stock the premium stuff.
eather way, im happy
