Hi guys
Iv just started drinking my first batch of turbo cider after a month in the bottle and I must say its very nice. Iv given away a couple of bottles to my cider drinking mates and now they also have a batch on lol. I have a question iv seen some super wine yeast compound and pectolase in wilkinsons and was wondering could I use this yeast insted of cider yeast and would useing pectolase help in the flaver or should I just forget it.
I'm going to try the toffee apple cider recipe iv read so much about it sounds nice
