Out of date cans

Hey - havent brewed for ages and just got back into it. Had a Coopers Canadian Blonde which was a couple of years past its use by date but thought I would use it anyway. Pitched a safe ale yeast which was in date and added a Brew Enhancer 1. Topped up to 18L. I had a container of honey, I really should have added that but forgot about it. Any how to the point, it has now been bubbling for over 2.5 weeks. I checked the specific gravity today and it's still at around 1020.
I am thinking there mustn't be enough nutrient for the yeast? Question is, what do I do now? Leave it? Rack to a secondary fermenter? Pitch another yeast? Add nutrient? Chuck it all down the sink?
Any advice would be welcome. I want to start building a stockpile.
