Well, I've just upgraded to a 23l glass. I'm now very excited, wish my brew would hurry up so I can rack into it.....

Glass sounds great. Does it have a tap and everything? Can just imagine the fermentation, it'd be like a beer lava lamp.

So how does that work then? You rack it into a carboy for bottling?

Syphon it out straight into a keg.
I guess if bottling you could just attach the bottler onto the end of your racking hose.
