just got the fermenter in the brew fridge at 20C. Ed your a champ with the chiller advice!!! chilled down to about 27C then switched from tap water to my fermenter full of super cold water at about 5C, let it run for 10 mins then it cooled to 20C
got tonnes less trub in the fermenter too!!! mash temp dropped 1.5C but i added a bit of boiling water to bring it back up. looks,smells and tastes like its gonna be my best yet.4hrs work for my 25L batch of goodness
