dont drink beer...goons the way of da future.
but on a more serious note...it does taste good with juice,
and its cheep, like the budgie.
but i will stick to beer.

Beer is mostly sugar anyway you look at it. 2 long necks gives you enough carbohydrates ie. sugars, to run a conservative distance of 5 km's at a 27 minute pace. Thats is before you burn all the carbs in 1400 ml of beer.
So next time you crack another beer think to yourself where is this beer going, guaranteed if you do not burn it your Body EARNS IT!!!

Or get into full mashing. I reckon yoy get ten times more exercise doing a full mash than a kit & kilo. Although you also drink more beer in the process.
