Bizier, yer can get the S04 at local HBS.
Will have a look for some Goldings when im in there as well, pretty sure they had some when i was last in there.
Thinking ill add another 500gm DME with prob another 200gm dex as well.

I would not add too much more dex. I would also ditch the maltodex and do something like the following (based on your previous one)
Coopers Select Sparkling Ale Kit
S04
1.5kg DME
500g dex?
25g goldings, boil for 5-10 mins in a few litres of water with 100g of DME per litre
23lt mix
All that is left is 100g or so of some steeping grain like a dark crystal to freshen that extract up...

thanks bizier, the maltodex was in the pack of mixed dex and LDME so can ditch that easy as!
dark crystal steep? hmm, care to elaborate?
thinking this brew will have to be done when the fiance is out and about as she hates the smell of me just mixing it all up, let alone doing a boil!!
