I've got a mate that really appreciates my homebrew so he normally ends up with about a third of what I brew. I also find that I brew in spurts, build up a fair stock and then stop for a while. I haven't brewed for a while but I've now got both my fermenters going (Irish Cream Ale and Pale Ale).
As for drinking it. In summer I can easily drink 6-8 bottles a night which means the 30 bottles per brew doesn't really last that long :shock:
