Yes, SNPA was definitely imported. 3 or 4 years ago is my guess, and the price was exorbitant. From memory, about $6 a stubbie, or $29.95 a six pack. Great beer, but grossly overpriced.
Yes, it is shipped to the UK. For some unexplainable reason I kept, among much trivia, a supermarket check out docket from a Waitrose outlet in Bath , Somerset, dated 10/01/08. Among the purchases, 1 X S NEVADA PALE ALE. Price? £1.49! Or, in our money, about $3.75 max!
Also purchased on the same docket, a generic (Waitrose label) 500ml Czech Pilsner for £1,19 . What's that? About $3.00 max in our money?
No wonder three of my kids working in London are enjoying themselves immensely!
