Good one! You've come a long way since bottling your first batch at the beginning of the month....next step is to introduce some grains to the receipe there'll be no stopping you!

If you're going high tech with the fridgemate, and graphing etc, how about setting up an SMS to warn if you go over temp!! :D

Well i tasted a tallie i put away from my first brew (4 months old), the fruity flavours/cidery taste of the high fermenting temp were definitely apparent. cant wait to try my stock of beer fermented in the fridge @ 4 months. Im now on my 2nd fermenting fridge first one died got a 2nd one off ebay for $20 its a huge old kelvinator so big i got myself a 2nd fermenter now i have 2 batches going at once hopefully now i can make it faster than i drink it. trying boonies lcpa clone will be bottling in a week
