Just reading this topic and would like to clarify something.
I currently have my first lager fermenting 12c, I will leave for 3 weeks.
1. Thats ok?
I will rest at 18c for 3 days.
2. Thats ok?
Will rack into a cube and store for 2 months @ 4c.
3.Thats ok?
Does cube need airlock when storing or a completely sealed cube is fine?
Will then bottle and store @ 4c.
There is no need to prime?????????? As there is ample co2???

I would put it in the cube, then rest for 3 days with gladwrap, then seal and lager.

Just did some research and would like to know if this sounds correct?
Based on my Lager fermenting at 12c and lagering at 4c and 23ltrs, I would need about 130gr Sugar to prime(less than normal) due to Lagering?

It's the /fermentation/ temperature that is important, not the lagering temperature. That is, the beer will become saturated with CO2 at the temperature at which fermentation last occurred. Kind of intuitive really; if it stops fermenting and then you lower the temp, although it has capacity to dissolve more CO2, there isn't any more being produced, and therefore it doesn't actually dissolve any more.
So anyway, yes, you are right. A lager fermented at 12 will require less priming than an ale fermented at 18.

I tried that calculator but it gave me a figure of 315gr per 23ltr, in which is 13.7gr per litre????????

in answer to your questions...
1. No - If you are planning on doing 2, which is a diaceytl rest, the beer needs to be raised before ferment is finished. I raise when the fg drops to 1020 (approx 10 days). You need enough yeast left to clean up the beer.
2. Yes - if you followed 1 above, otherwise don't bother.
3. No/Debatable - I find no benefit in long term lagering before bottling. Once the beer is clear, bottle & prime - let the beer carbonate up & then let it lager in the bottle.
Cube does not need an airlock, but no harm in fitting one. If you just use the lid, either vent the cube each day by unscrewing the lid, or simply don't tighten it, so any CO2 produced can escape.
