Hi TL,
Do you use your home grown hops for bittering?
If so do you just assume an average AA%

AC, pellets last longer than plugs in storage (generally). this is because the hop powder is compessed almost airtight, so only the outside of the pellet is prone to staling. With plugs, the hops are much less compressed, and hence you get O2 getting in much more readily.
