I just did my first ag and pitched some us56 into the 18l or so wort at 26C. it was done in 2.5 days with a FG of1.010????? was put straight into my beer fridge at 17C, hope most of it fermented out at the lower temp :cry:

racked to secondary for a few days at 17C now turned the fridge down to 5C plannining on a week :)
