Does anyone have a recipe for a plain old fashioned Show Mead?

If so would you mind sharing it so that I can have a go at making one.

I've been tossing the idea of a mead around and the only real extensive forum I found was http://www.gotmead.com .

Its a whole other world of brewing to dive into... I'm thinking I'll just follow one of there recipes for now as I don't have time to learn all the ins and outs. Take a look in their quick mead section.
