Thought i would post this as it turned out pretty damb good and its pretty simple
1x coopers australian pale ale
500g jar of home brand honey cost about $4.50
500gm LDME
fermented for 2 weeks
its only 1.5weeks in the bottle trying some now tastest pretty yum honey aroma and taste bit like a beez neez but with more honey flavour. Will see how it goes after a few more weeks in the bottle.
edit - my wife doesn't usually like any of my brews her official judgment "tastes better" lol
Honey Brew
Re: Honey Brew
I'd have to taste a really nice honey beer for me to put one down.
Nice simple recipe though. Thanks.
Does your wife dislike all beer, or just your home brew?

I love honey love the smell and taste it also goes pretty darn good with beer too. i plan to try wassas honey porter for one of my next brews looks pretty easy too.
If ya like honey and your lazy like me give it a whirl, one day ill try a home brand kit with home brand honey lol pitty cant get home brand malt i dont think the home brand sugar will do it any good.
