Reculturing Worthington's White Shield yeast

Post by Trough Lolly »

G'day all,
Some time ago, after my "palate calibration" thread, some questions were asked about this excellent IPA and whether or not the bottle yeast could be cultured. Well, a regular on a UK brewing forum managed to do it and posted a video of the culturing process on You Tube.

Click here to see an excellent home reculturing job...

Cheers,
TL

Excellent!

It's been added to my ever growing list of Favourite links.

That's a virtually professional quality production video.

Good one TL.

I have a bunch of little jars sanitising at the moment I saw this link. It is time for me to harvest some London III off a mild.

I have to say that on an AFD, looking at a Worthingtons makes me damn thirsty.
