Sorry guys reading a couple of posts wasn't sure what Flameout meant and it's procedure ?

As Gym points out, it's a handy way to add aroma to the beer - after you've finished the boil phase. Just avoid splashing or bubbling the hot wort as oxidation at near boiling temps will lead to off cardboard stale notes to the final product. And remember, after the boil is when the wort is most vulnerable to infection so don't stick anything in the wort (eg, stirrer, spoon, strainer etc - hops immediately at flameout is fine) unless you sanitise it first.
