Hi all,
Years ago I used to brew from the grain. Now I've started up again and I'm starting with a kit to see how I go.

Sorry Clubbie, I used to be an Illawarra man, and still have "Daptoid" friends :D I used to live in Conno, so feel free to rag on me.

I reckon if you know how to brew with grain, do it again for sure. The information available is amazing and there is no real excuse for not making good beer. Kits are OK, but will limit you to some average tastes that you can add to, but can't really modify if you want to remove something.
