Hi guys
Im looking to put down a cider. Ive never done one before and would like to make a fairly strong, sweeter rather than dryer bubbly cider. Open to all suggestions. Off to Grain and Grape next weekend and want to pick up anything I need then.
Cheers Pom.

You could try an all juice cider with heaps of lactose.
I made one with 500g and it wasn't enough for my tastes

Black rock kit
Brewcraft brew booster pack #15
250 grms lactose
3 litres apple juice
1 litre pear juice
kit yeast.
This is a recipe posted by someone else on a different thread and its what I was going to go by. Will this give me a sweet bubble cider? He recomened more apple juice though.
