Carbonating your beer.

Post by boxbeach »

Im new at this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Instead of using some glucose or sugar in your beer at bottling stage, is it possible to add a quantity of sugar-malt-dextrose etc to your brewing vat immediately prior to bottling? If so, what do you recommend?
Thanks, Andy ...
