I put this in on Thursday night, pitched at 24 degrees and it started bubbling away only hours after. Its been sitting at 18-19 since then and airlock has shown no sign of activity since yesterday morning. I checked the gravity and it was at 1012 then. Checked it tonight and its at 1012.
I just would of thought despite it being a cooopers yeast 4 days at that temp is not enough to ferment this brew out. And with only the ingrediants used the FG is that high. Pretty sure my other batches have gone down to 1008 using brew enhancer and the kit only. Damn I need to keep records better.

I will prob let it sit till say Sunday or Monday anyway.
Any thoughts?
