I am now rapped, I sold our 2nd fridge/freezer for $150 just before I started homebrewing, was pissed off then once I found out about lagering etc etc.

Just won a 380ltr Fridge only on Ebay for $15.45. Stoked

Well done, now you just need to build a fridgemate for it ;)
Prost and happy brewing!

Building the fridgemate is much easier than finding a $15.45 fridge!

That's an outstanding buy CB!!
Easily converted into a kegorator or lagering unit. Nice one!

I know, the guy I bought it off was p-ssed off as he just bought a shitty bar fridge off Ebay for $70 to use as a work fridge as the other was too big. Then he only sold it for $15.45 minus Paypal fees.

Its a ripper aswell, nothing wrong with it and very cold, holds 3.5 degrees just over half way on dial, it is massive also, I reckon it would fit 8 kegs in it as its just a fridge, just have to get the kegging gear now.

I got another fridge aswell from work, Ill just use it for lagers and C.C.

Sounds good. Just be aware that electricity isn't free... ;)

You're joking aren't you?? :o

I figure if the fridge is left shut and not opened every 5 seconds like the kitchen fridge, the electricity usage shouldn't be to bad.

Might get 1 of those electricity meters just to see how much they do use?

The fridge at work ill just leave there for lagers etc and use their power..
plus since I work in a kitchen and we do have quite times, I will just put my brews down during work..
