Has anyone tried using this before its ment to make a low carb beer and
yes I know how lame this is but its for a diabetic father inlaw :wink:

yeah i tried it once... that was enough. i gave that brew away to some wino mates :wink:

oh & if you do decide to use it cut down on your fermentables or add more water.

GTI,

There was a thread around Christmas that covered this, not that I want to down play it.

It was suggested that you brew a kit without adding the sugar to the full 23 litres. I was lead to understand that it was succesful.

Thanks DB and will give the modiferm a miss will try the brew sans fermentables must have missed that tread Dogger will do a search :oops:
