Found a craft beer pub in fort valley in Brisbane during the week and sampled a few beers.
One that stood out as interesting was the white chocolate pilsner. The aroma was amazing.
Has anyone had a go at anything similar?
If I had to guess I'd maybe grate the chocolate or melt it and add into fermentor with the yeast.
Would adding it to the boil kill of flavours and aromas ?

Interesting Chris
White chocolate in beer....
The nearest I have had is the marvellous Holgate chocolate porter, which has Dutch cocoa in it. I imagine the white chocolate would need to be added to the boil, so the fat could rise to the top and be skimmed off. I can't imagine how that would go. But there are bigger beer brains here than mine, and they might have some idea.

was absoluteley delish! I quized my LHBS expert and he said he had tried this exact beer, nooded and smiled. He seemed to think it may have been more of a rum style essence creation....

They missed out a few good pubs on that list!
Baccus brewery is the one that makes it. Their also a homebrew shop. Their shop has 20 taps of their brews and i just LOVE going there to get my grains, its just so hard to leave!
