Hi All
That time of the year again when hop rhizomes are available.
This year I have 2 varieties - Chinook and Victoria.
Chinook grown in my backyard is, in my opinion, nicer than US grown chinook which is an overpowering grapefruit flavour/aroma. The stuff i grow is more moteuka, passionfruit and grapefruit.
Victoria is an Australian variety that has been traditionally used for bittering and hop extract. Much galaxy was once until craft breweries got hold of it and used it late. Victoria can best be described as like loquats - mango, passionfruit, citrus. I love it and use it in a wide range of beers from the ubiquitous golden ale to low alcohol beers, IPAs, brown ales.
Cost is $10 per rhizome.
Postage is $10 for 1 or 2 rhizomes. For 3 or more rhizomes postage is $15. Planting instructions will be included with each purchase.
I WILL NOT SEND RHIZOMES TO WA OR TAS due to your states quarantine restrictions.
Send me a PM with your order and I'll give you my bank details.
Cheers
