Where can u buy hops plants in Melbourne?

Does anyone have any ideal where I can buy hops a plant and what is the process to use home grown hops for brewing?

As for how to use them, I recommend going back through the Basic Brewing archives (http://www.basicbrewing.com/index.php?page=radio). They have had several episodes on how to grow hops, and how to use them in your brewing.

You can either use the hops fresh, or dry them and store them in the freezer to use whenever you want. If you store them correctly I believe they stay fresh for at least 12 months (that's what I have read anyway).
