Not to mention i clean 1 keg vs 30 Longnecks/60 stubbies.
Yeast, what yeast? I can pour the whole bottle with only a thin "dust like" coating which sticks to the bottom, thats the beauty of the glad wrap method, you can see it settle out, then hurl it into the fridge for a week to lager it & it is clear as a bell!!
Washing bottles? how long does it take to hot rinse 30 bottles? about 10 Mins!
Granted, filling 30 bottles takes a little longer than a keg, maybe 30 - 40 Mins, but this gives me time to enjoy a few cold ones, escape the Missus & kids, as well as taste my newest creation prior to carbonation.
Some of you guys are obviously fanatical about brewing...great if that is your main hobby, For me it is simply a means of supplying my self with a nice consistent, economical & enjoyable beer. & the proof is in the pouring, when you can count the mouth fulls by the rings on the glass all the way to the end....AAHH! Nice drop!!!
Cheers, Mick.
