Ive sanitised my bottles bottles but my brew is not qite ready. Is it ok to leave them a few days up side down in racks or will I need to resanitise bottles again. Also my brew is still bubbling slowly after 7 days at about 24degrees doI need to leave it till all gasing stops? :?:

After 7 days your brew should be done fermenting.
The slow bubbling is probably CO² coming out of solution.
The only way to be sure you are OK to bottle is to take hydrometer readings on 2 or 3 consequetive days. If they are the same, and in the ballpark of your expected FG, you're right to go.

I personally would resanitise my bottles after a wait of several days. All you really need is a no-rinse sanitsing solution, and you can just pour it from bottle to bottle. I use a funnel to make that easier. Shouldn't take more than 5 to 10 minutes tops?
