Mine are in the post: Two versions of the Titanic Ale, as previously mentioned so called because of the inadvertent use of the wrong malt in the first one and subsequently being forced to make the other with the wrong malt, too.
So there's the red-capped one with "HZ" on the lid. That's made with 100% Maris Otter, half-hour mash, 6g first wort hops, 30-min boil and whirlpooled for 20 minutes with a shedload of Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Galaxy. I made it with pogierob, CrookedFingers and weizgei.
The other, No.78, is made with ale malt, Munich and Carahell, hopped 100% with Goldings.
Both were no-chilled.
I really like the Maris Otter & New World hops version, but most others prefer the latter, which I also enjoy.
